Meet Estenafía Arizaga

Estefanía Arizaga is a seasoned food safety and quality professional with over 15 years of hands-on experience helping companies across Latin America implement, audit, and strengthen their food safety systems.

She holds a degree in Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science and brings a strong background in business and process management, allowing her to approach food safety from a truly end-to-end perspective, from farm to table. She also earned a Doctorate in Project Management with a focus on business management, a Master’s degree in Agribusiness, and has completed advanced studies in food safety and quality management systems, as well as higher education and instructional methods, which enhance her effectiveness as a high-impact trainer.

Estefanía works as an auditor, consultant, and trainer across the leading GFSI-recognized schemes, including SQF, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, and ISO standards. She is a certified PCQI and has solid experience with FSVP under FSMA. Throughout her career, she has led certification processes, system implementations, and regulatory compliance projects for companies of all sizes, including export operations and technical representation before the FDA.

Her work consistently bridges technical expertise with process optimization, risk management, and continuous improvement, helping organizations build strong food safety cultures while meeting international standards in a practical and sustainable way.

As an international instructor, Estefanía has trained hundreds of professionals in food safety, quality, and process management. She is also a certified ServSafe Proctor, which allows her to extend her impact into the foodservice and hospitality sectors. Her training style is practical, engaging, and results-driven, turning complex concepts into clear, actionable tools that participants can immediately apply in their day-to-day operations.
