Food Fraud

Designed specifically for U.S. food companies with Spanish-speaking employees.

Food fraud isn't an accident. It's greed.

It's very possible that somewhere in your supply chain, someone is making a fortune by selling cheap junk wrapped in a pretty label.

This 8-hour course trains your Spanish-speaking team to evaluate vulnerable ingredients, assess supplier risk, spot documentation that could be falsified, and connect those findings to a defensible mitigation plan.

From altered paperwork to diluted oils and fake spices, give your team the tools to spot fraud before it affects your product and brand.

After this course, your team will be able to:

Identify food fraud risks driven by economic motivation

Build a Food Fraud Vulnerability Assessment across ingredients, suppliers, and supply chains

Prioritize risk using price volatility, supply availability, fraud history, and traceability

Evaluate mitigation controls for economically motivated adulteration, ingredient substitution, mislabeling, and falsified COAs

How to keep the mitigation plan aligned with GFSI expectations and audit-ready evidence
