Designed specifically for U.S. food companies with Spanish-speaking employees.
Turn FDA compliance from a complex requirement into your plant’s strongest advantage.
Instead of interpreting complex FDA regulations in a second language, your Spanish-speaking workforce will learn the Version 2.0 curriculum in their native language. They’ll get hands-on training on the latest hazard guides, updated allergen rules, and preventive monitoring, giving them the exact tools needed to best manage risk on the floor.
Train your team through the official FSPCA PCQI Version 2.0 training course to build, validate, and maintain a robust, audit-ready Food Safety Plan.
Because when your team masters FDA Version 2.0 in their native language, building an audit-ready system becomes second nature.
After this course, your team will be able to:
Lead your facility's Food Safety Plan with an official FSPCA PCQI certificate.
Apply updated Version 2.0 standards directly to your existing floor routines.
Implement all FDA-required preventive controls inside your existing system.
Develop an expert-reviewed Hazard Analysis Matrix tailored to your facility's unique risks.
Take on FDA inspections and other audits with absolute confidence.

U.S. Food Companies with Spanish-Speaking Employees
Built for the people who sign their names to your Food Safety Plan.
Passing an FDA audit takes more than an updated binder in an office. It takes complete alignment across your entire operation. This course prepares Spanish-speaking leaders who are quality managers, production directors, or other food safety professionals to master FSPCA Version 2.0 criteria, manage preventive controls in real time, and speak the language of FDA compliance with authority.
Train your key workforce in the language they think and execute in every day, so your facility can validate controls, handle line deviations, and face any audit without hesitation.
