Designed specifically for U.S. food companies with Spanish-speaking employees.
Unlock the full power of your food safety science.
Your environmental monitoring and process validation systems are only as strong as the people interpreting them.
This 8-hour applied microbiology workshop empowers your Spanish-speaking workforce to do more than just run tests. It teaches them to own the results.
By mastering the links between samples, trends, and risk, your team will transition from reactive testers to proactive food safety strategists.
After the course, your team will be able to:
Predict shelf-life dynamically using data to confidently set expiration dates without slow, expensive lab trials.
Build an aggressive EMP that stops pathogens like Listeria and Salmonella before transient hits become permanent colonization.
Design a Zone 1–4 sampling matrix based on actual floor-level exposure risk rather than a compliance list.
Decode lab data instantly, including CFU/g, PCR, and MPN, to trigger immediate, high-impact corrective actions when a positive hit appears.
Prove your process lethality by using D-values and
Z-values to calculate scientifically defensible log-reductions.

Food Safety and Quality Leaders
Microbiology, Laboratory, and Technical Services Teams
HACCP, FSMA, and GFSI program Coordinators
QA/QC Managers and Supervisors
Built for the teams who stop pathogens before they ever reach the lab report.
Proactive food safety requires more than just collecting swabs. It requires a team that understands what the test results actually mean. This course prepares Spanish-speaking quality assurance technicians, lab coordinators, plant supervisors, and food safety teams to translate daily lab results into on-the-spot action, transforming daily compliance routines into an aggressive early-warning system.
Clear Science in a Native Language to create a Proactive Defense.
Train your workforce in their native language so they can confidently map out zonal sampling plans, master predictive modeling, and trigger immediate corrective actions without losing any nuance in translation.
Dr. Ligia Estefanía Arízaga Collantes is an expert in Food Quality and Safety Management Systems, with a PhD in Projects and a Master of Science (Magister Scientiae) in Agribusiness. She has over a decade of experience as a consultant, trainer, and auditor for SMEs and large industries. She is a certified Lead Auditor in the main GFSI schemes (FSSC 22000, SQF, BRC), an Official SQF Consultant, and is qualified as a PCQI Trainer for the FDA's FSMA regulations. She has led the implementation of systems in key companies in the sector and currently serves as Technical Manager and Director of Quality and Safety, which gives her an indispensable practical perspective for teaching.
