Designed specifically for U.S. food companies with Spanish-speaking employees.
Stop managing two separate systems when one unified operation can satisfy both the FDA and SQF.
Juggling double paperwork for FDA inspectors and SQF auditors isn't just exhausting; it can create confusion across your entire floor. This course delivers official FSPCA PCQI (Version 2) certification while weaving SQF requirements right into your daily operation.
Arm your Spanish-speaking team with the official, FDA-recognized PCQI credential so they can build one bulletproof food safety system.
Because your team shouldn't spend their energy managing duplicate paperwork. They should spend it protecting your plant.
After this course, your team will be able to:
Lead your facility's Food Safety Plan with an official FSPCA PCQI certificate.
Unify SQF standards and FSMA regulations into a single system, eliminating duplicate paperwork.
Implement all five FDA-required preventive controls inside your existing SQF system.
Develop an expert-reviewed Hazard Analysis Matrix tailored to your facility's unique risks.
Take on FDA inspections and SQF certification audits with confidence.

U.S. Food Companies with Spanish-Speaking Employees
Built for the teams who refuse to run two separate systems for the exact same food.
Meeting mandatory FDA regulations shouldn't force your facility to build a second, parallel system just to satisfy an SQF auditor. This course prepares Spanish-speaking leaders in quality assurance, production, sanitation, maintenance, and plant management to merge FSMA Preventive Controls and SQF standards into a single, ironclad operation.
One system. Complete Control.
